ACC Presents First-Ever Susan Laing Memorial Customer Service Award

During ACC’s recent annual in-person meeting, staff members from across Canada came together for an opportunity to connect, collaborate, learn, and celebrate the accomplishments of the past year.
This year’s meeting included an especially meaningful moment for the ACC team: the presentation of the first-ever Susan Laing Memorial Customer Service Award.
The award was established in memory of longtime ACC employee Susan Laing, whose kindness, dedication, and commitment to helping producers left a lasting impact on both her colleagues and the agricultural community she served.
Throughout her time at ACC, Susan was known for going above and beyond to ensure producers felt heard, supported, and cared for. Her dedication to providing exceptional service represented the values that continue to guide ACC’s approach to supporting Canadian producers today.
Kelly Scott Named First Recipient
ACC was proud to present the inaugural Susan Laing Memorial Customer Service Award to Kelly Scott, Customer Service Representative at ACC.
Kelly was recognized following an outstanding year in which she consistently demonstrated exceptional care, professionalism, and dedication in her interactions with producers. Her willingness to help, commitment to finding solutions, and continued focus on providing excellent service embody the spirit and values this award was created to recognize.
As the first recipient of the Susan Laing Memorial Customer Service Award, Kelly sets a strong example of the standard of service ACC strives to provide to producers across Canada.
